Welcome to my blog. I set this blog up months ago but I've not had enough time to finish it up and start posting. The picture is of my son Kyle with the Christmas stocking I did for him. It took me years to complete and I finally finished it the year he was 7 and put his hand on my shoulder and told me "it's okay that I have to use my sister's old stocking, I understand that you are busy". That of course propelled me to finish it in a few short weeks. His older sister has a matching stocking that is a mirror image.

I like to do cross stitch and try to find a few hours a week to work on my various WIPs. My favorite teacher is Catherine Strickler, she's just a hoot and designs since beautiful project that use a variety of stitches.
